Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases of toilets (home, commercial, eco-focused models), toilet accessories (soft-close lids, bidet attachments, replacement valves), and related services (professional installation, troubleshooting support) (collectively “Products/Services”) from FlowWell Toilets (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order via our website, retail partners, or customer service channels, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any product manuals or service agreements provided at the time of purchase.
1. Order Acceptance & Modifications
Your order is a request to purchase Products/Services, not a binding contract. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or adjust orders if: (a) Products are out of stock (due to supply chain delays or high demand for limited-edition smart toilet models); (b) Customizations (e.g., specialized color finishes, commercial-grade modifications) are unfeasible; or (c) Product details contain errors (e.g., misstated dimensions, incorrect warranty info due to website updates). A binding contract is formed only when we send a written order confirmation (email or physical document) that includes item specs, total cost (taxes, shipping, and service fees included), delivery/installation dates, and any required deposits.
Post-confirmation modifications (e.g., upgrading from a standard toilet to a smart bidet model, changing a lid color) must be submitted in writing within 24 hours. We will confirm feasibility and any cost/timeline changes (e.g.,
250 for smart feature upgrades, 3–5 business days for custom color production). For custom or bulk commercial orders (10+ toilets for offices/restaurants), modifications are prohibited once production begins (typically 2 business days post-confirmation); cancellations will result in forfeiture of the 30% non-refundable deposit.
2. Product Specifications & Compliance
All FlowWell Toilets meet industry standards: home models comply with EPA WaterSense certification (0.8–1.28 gallons per flush), commercial models adhere to ANSI/ASME A112.19.2 for durability, and smart toilets follow IEEE 802.11 for wireless bidet/heating function safety. Product pages and manuals clearly list key specs: bowl shape (elongated/round), height (standard/ComfortHeight 17–19 inches), flushing system (VortexFlush/dual-flush), and compatibility with accessories (e.g., bidet attachments, slow-close lids). Minor cosmetic variations (e.g., subtle ceramic glaze differences) are normal and do not qualify as defects.
You are responsible for verifying that Products comply with local regulations (e.g., commercial toilets meeting building code requirements for public spaces, water-efficient models aligning with regional plumbing laws). We provide compliance guidelines but are not liable for fines, penalties, or installation delays caused by non-compliance.
3. Payment Terms
  • Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, PayPal, certified checks, and bank transfers. Commercial customers may qualify for net-45 payment terms (subject to credit approval via a completed application).
  • Deposits: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required for custom/bulk commercial orders; standard in-stock Products require full payment at checkout (no deposit needed).
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable sales tax (except for international orders). Quotes are valid for 14 days; prices may adjust due to material cost increases (e.g., ceramic, smart component chips) or currency fluctuations (for global shipments).
  • Late Payments: For commercial orders with payment plans, unpaid balances incur a 2% monthly late fee. We may delay delivery/installation or cancel orders (forfeiting deposits) if payment is 15+ days overdue.
4. Shipping & Installation
  • Shipping: Domestic shipping (within the U.S.) is free for orders over
    300 incur a
50 fee (based on weight: e.g.,
50 for smart models with bidets). All toilets are shipped in reinforced, foam-lined boxes to prevent ceramic damage. International shipping is available to select countries (e.g., Canada, Australia) with fees ranging from
150; customers bear customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
  • Installation: Professional installation is optional but recommended (especially for smart toilets or commercial models). Our certified installers charge
150 per toilet (includes removing old fixtures, connecting plumbing, and testing flushing functions). You must ensure access to the bathroom (e.g., clear pathways, shut-off valves in working order) and disclose existing plumbing issues (e.g., outdated pipes); delays from inaccessible spaces or unreported issues incur a $40/hour fee.
  • Inspection: Inspect Products immediately upon delivery. Note damage (e.g., cracked bowls, broken bidet nozzles) on the delivery receipt, take photos of the packaging and Product, and notify us within 24 hours. We will replace damaged items free of charge or issue a full refund; failure to report damage within 24 hours voids coverage.
5. Warranties & Returns
  • Warranties: All FlowWell Toilets include a 10-year limited warranty on ceramic bases (covers cracks, chips, or glaze defects from normal use) and a 5-year warranty on mechanical parts (flappers, valves, lid hinges). Smart toilet components (bidet systems, heated seats) have a 3-year warranty. The warranty does not cover: (a) damage from misuse (e.g., using abrasive cleaners, dropping heavy objects on the bowl); (b) wear from improper installation (e.g., loose connections causing leaks); or (c) damage from natural disasters (e.g., flooding, earthquakes).
  • Returns: Standard in-stock Products (unused, in original packaging, with all parts) may be returned within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping fees). Custom/commercial orders are non-returnable unless defective (verified by our technical team), in which case we replace the Product or issue a refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (except for defective items, where we cover costs).
